Here are some fun cards I made yesterday amidst the chaos!

My husband for HUSBAND OF THE YEAR!!!  Look at him!  He didn’t even know I had the camera and I snuck a quick shot!  I couldn’t resisit the sale on paper at Jo-Ann’s and he tagged along with me because it would be some of the only “alone” time we would have all week!

I needed a release, so I created a card tonight…

Although I have a TON to do around my house and then some, I made this card.  It was great therapy!  This card I used Cosmo Cricket papers, did a zig-zag stitch around the first piece of paper, I used my Cuttlebug embossing dots folder, and my Martha Stewart punch, with a Making Memories metal embellishment and a little CTMH ribbon and some vellum.  Added rhinestones and put everything on a kraft paper card. Oh, and I also used some vintage trim for the bottom border.
